Other Ministries and organizations
Parish Religious Education Ministry aims at enriching the faith life of the youth of the parish not enrolled in Catholic schools. The purpose of catechesis is to enrich a person's faith by becoming living, conscious, and active through the light of instruction.
- P.S.R. (Parish School of Religion) classes are held during the school year on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons from 4:45 – 6:00 pm in the school building.
- Sunday Preschool for children ages 3 – 6 is held during 10:30 am Mass in the Kindergarten classroom of the school building.
- Children's Liturgy of the Word takes place during 10:30 am Mass for children in grades 1 through 3. Children leave the assembly after the Opening Prayer and return at the Offertory.
- High School of Religion / Confirmation Program: Confirmation is celebrated in the fall semester of the junior year of high school. This is a 2½ year program which begins in 9th grade for all of the youth of the parish. Contact the church office for further details.
