New Items at the Fair this year:

Booth Help

As always – we will need your help to work the booths!  The last thing that we want to do is close down a booth for lack of help.  

Feel free to contact a fair chair person and they will be happy to assist you with something that will work for you!

Flea Market

Feeling weighed down…do some “fall cleaning”.   We have storage available so contact a fair chair direct if you need to arrange drop off.  Sorry, no clothes or shoes can be accepted.  You can also drop off your donations at the rectory garage.

Silent Auction

Continue asking businesses you visit for gift certificates, items or services. Many have standard policies for providing those to the community.

Donations

Stuffed animals, cleaned egg shells in cartons, dish towels. 

Raffle Tickets

You may continue to purchase and/or sell raffle tickets all the way through fair weekend.  Two prizes of $1000 each will be awarded, one Saturday night of the fair, and one on Sunday night.  Stop by the school office to pick up more raffle tickets.

BINGO!

Just a reminder that Bingo during the fair will be taking place in the cafeteria, if you care to sit a spell inside!
